Price is average and quality is on point.Update: As of Dec 14, 2021 (the date of this update) I have been to Lux exclusively since the original post. I have been to just about EVERY nail salon in town and this is the best place. I am always in and out in less than an hour, my daughter gets hers done too. My nails last 6 weeks at least, as that is the time span I usually have to go. No breaking or anything. Danny is amazing. IF I had a complaint, it would be more about 2 of the female staff members. But I know I can and will talk to Danny 1 on 1 next visit. Very accommodating and super fun. I am a licensed nail tech myself, I know what I want, I will not boost something I don’t support. I will say something if it doesn’t make me happy. Something I learned in the hair and nail business, they can’t fix it if they don’t know about it. I added my newest nail photos and it’s been 2 weeks post visit art least and they still look amazing.Went for my daughter’s bday and we were hooked! Treated amazingly! You are further demonstrating with your response to my review that you do not value your customer satisfaction. You did not do me a favor by charging me $70 dollars for these nails and treating me in the unprofessional manner that you did(see previous review from 10/14/21). I have a receipt from this service, but you stated that I did not want to pay?I’m saddened that you made no attempt to acknowledge your unprofessionalism or correct my poor nail service(as you have done with other customers that left unfavorable reviews). The designs on my almond nails are not even remotely like what I requested. The designs also fell off my nails within hours of leaving the shop. I will never return to a nail salon where the owner argues with his customers in their online reviews. I went February 7th and asked for the below picture but with a shorter length. The shaping wasn’t the best and the paint tips of my nails are really patchy. The nail artist seemed to have done one coat for everything and I was charged 75 dollars. The lines I asked him to replicate were done really thin. I don’t really recommend going here if you want something intricate done.
