This single-level home sleeps up to six guests in three peaceful bedrooms. Each has a flat-screen TV and French doors leading to the pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a very generous and well equipped home, comfortable and quiet, lovely fenced in yard and all walkable to the beach and downtown Lauderdale by the Sea - just so easy to self check-in and then, enjoy!

House was great. Good location, clean and roomy. The gas grill starter was broken so we had to buy a lighter to ignite it. Something to be fixed.

Pros: beautiful setting and home, accurate pictures online, great kitchen and quite modern with fabulous furniture and comfortable beds.Cons: Turnkey did not follow up and correct any of our issues. The icemaker was not functional. The pool heater was broken and the hot water inside was lukewarm at best.5 stars for the house and location. 1 star for Turnkey

The pictures are exactly what the home looks like. Very spacious and well suited for 2 couples based on the lay out of the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with expresso machine, blender, grater and all the extra's. All appliances were upgraded and all worked well including the BBQ. The outdoor electric awning was amazing for shade as well as a rain cover which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors at all times. There was no tub in either bathrooms but that worked well for us. The location was fantastic, close walk to restaurants, stores, beach, electric bikes. Would highly recommend. The only complaint would be the pool heater did not work even though we requested it be turned on 3 days in advance of our stay.

This home is gorgeous! The house is truly a luxury property, complete with all of the amenities, excellent location, and amazing property managers. We had a phenomenal family vacation with the convenience of downtown Lauderdale-By-The-Sea within a 15 minute walk, with restaurants, cute shops, and ice cream to boot. We've stayed at VRBO's in the past, and this one was by far the best! Thank you for our much needed break!

We visit LBTS quite often. This was our first time staying in this house. It is a beautiful house inside and outside. The backyard and pool were great. The pictures are very accurate. It is a short walk to everything.

Beautiful house, great location, walking distance from beach and restaurants, nice relaxing back yard with a pool... needs a toaster oven, and definitely smart TVs! No instructions on how to use the awning in the back near the pool. Had to have someone come over and figure it out. Bed leg in master broken but Turnkey property managers worked to get things resolved as quickly as they could. I would definitely recommend staying here especially with the minor upgrades.

We had a great stay at the property and it was even better than the pictures! Only issue was when we got to the house it was uncleaned since the last tenant (was some kind of mixup on their end), but Turnkey was very responsive and other than that had a fabulous time!
